I personally don't totally agree with the words, "Next Gen".
What Next Gen system would overheat constantly and require a fan to cool it down? Why so many errors? Why are the disc compartments not so stable? On the Origional Xbox, I coud flip the thing up-side-down while playing the game and not having any damage, but now if I even tip the Xbox 360, the disc has the Ring Of Death. What is up with Microsoft?

Microsoft didn't take in the consideration of making a console, the reason its not as great as expected is because they tried to rush it into the market before others began to compete. They did rake in alot of cash.. but in the long run I don't think it was worth it.

Well, the 360 is poorely built since they rushed it. And Microsoft and Nintendo can't keep any promoses, I mean, look at SSBB! Date changed 3 times before it was released, and it is not even all that great. Halo 3 too! Bill Gates said that he would release Halo 3 the same day that PS3 released, so shoppers would have to either choose between a new system, or one of the greatest games ever. When did PS3 come out? 2006? Amd we got it 11 months later.

BTW: If you have 4 LED lights flashing, its not the red ring of death. That means the AV cable is improperly inserted. That happened to me before when I was watching Zoolander...

I wasn't talking about the RROD, but scratches on a disc that is in the shape of a ring, is called the ring of death. Don't worry if you don't understand. It goes way back to the Dreamcast. That was a great console! I don't know why it didn't make it!

Yeah, I actually haven't had a single problem with my 360 ever since I got it (October 2007).

xbox

mine has died three times in a year and a half, but htats y u buy warranties. nothing else comes close to xbox live. yes, the PS3 has slightly better graphics, but all the games are single player only except for cod 4, but another thread for that. i get bored extremely fast with single player games bc the replayablility is low, whi9ch is y xbox live is such a blessing. the wii has a lot of potential, but there are NO good titles for it exept SSBB, but again that gets boring. as a matter of fact the whole systme gets boring. it one of those things u want ur best friend to have so u can play it when u hvae the urge, but not own cuz it gets boring fast

Well, I got my 360 in 2005 when it came out. Im not saying that it sucks...But anywho, 360 does have the better games out of the three next-gen's. PS3 is getting cool titles later this year as well. With Wii...Not much to anticipate. MKWII wasn't all that great, and most of it's ither games are from third party developers.
